Friday, January 13, 2012

 2:00 p.m. -  6:00 p.m. Hospitality suite on 2nd floor at the Chalet Landhaus Inn

 6:30 p.m. -  8:30 p.m. Swiss Lanes social time prior to parade line up

 9:00 p.m. -  9:15 p.m. Burning of Winter Ceremony on Railroad Street near Post Office & Village parking lot.

   Yodel club (singing, yodeling & alphorns).

 9:15 p.m. -  9:30 p.m. Line-up for Parade on Railroad Street at 6th Avenue intersection by burning of Winter Ceremony.

After parade - 12:30 p.m.  New Glarus Fire Department Dance and Beer by the New Glarus Fire Dept.

  8:30 a.m. -  10:00 a.m.  Americal meeting 2nd floor Conference room Chalet Landhaus Inn

10:00 a.m. -    4:00 p.m.  Village Wide Poker Run - Starts and ends at Ott Haus Pub

10:30 a.m. -  12:30 p.m.  Winter Fest Auction at New Glarus Hotel -  Theme 

  2:30 p.m. - SHARP  Annual group picture of all veterans 

  4:30 p.m -    5:30 p.m.  check in and seating for dinner.

  5:30 p.m. - SHARP  Buffet banquet,

Immediately following dinner Veterans program & dance to live music by "Badge" at the New Glarus Hotel 

12:00AM   Big John and the Family Band (back by popular demand) around the fireplace at the      Chalet Landhaus Inn
