Bike Rodeo Sponsorship

It’s time for Bike Rodeo! The New Glarus Bike Rodeo is hosted every year by the New Glarus Police Department and New Glarus Chamber of Commerce.

Because of generous donations from area businesses like yours, we are able to provide local children who attend with a new bike helmet, safety lights, and goodie bag. A free lunch for the whole family and kid-friendly activities are provided as well; it’s a great day out!  

This year we have added a few new exciting forms of entertainment, like a zebra with the petting zoo and face painting!

Financial Donations: While this event is free for everyone to attend, it does cost money to put together! Your financial donations go towards: activities, helmets, food, goody bag stuffers, etc. Financial donations of any denomination can be made here: Donate to bike rodeo
Bike Donations: One of the best parts of this event is that kiddos gets a chance to win a set of brand new wheels! Go to SignUpGenius and sign up to choose a bike that you’d like to donate. All bikes must be fully assembled prior to delivery to the chamber or they will not be accepted.
Donation of food, supplies or goody bag filler: If donating money or a bike doesn’t seem like a good fit, we are also looking for food donations (chips, ice, candy, fruit snacks, etc.) supplies and goody bag stuffers. Goody bag stuffers must have a monetary value to them (I.E. drink tokens or something of the like). We hand out 100 goody bags for this event.
