Non-Food Vendor Contract
NEW GLARUS OKTOBERFEST NON-FOOD VENDOR RULES AND STANDARDS
You’re invited to join us at the New Glarus Oktoberfest! Apply below for a spot as a non-concession selling vendor. Sell crafts, farmers market items, or share information about your local non-profit organization. No MLM sellers or large-scale retailers, please.

Hours of Operation:
Thursday night (optional) 5-9pm
Friday night (optional) 5-9 PM
Saturday required 11-7 PM
Sunday required 11-5 PM
Each vendor spot is a maximum of 10x10’, tents only – no trailers or vehicles allowed. Your location will be chosen by the New Glarus Chamber of Commerce, vendors who move spots may be asked to leave the event. All equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) must be provided by vendor. This is a non-electric vendor spot; no electricity is provided and generators are not allowed.
Cost for space is $100, and must be paid in advance. Application will not be considered until payment is received. All vendors selling items must provide a Wisconsin seller’s permit number, FEIN/SSN, or tax exemption code, as well as insurance, at time of signup.
Please note: while you are free to apply for both Christkindli Market & Oktoberfest, you will only allowed to vend at one.
Your reservation will be confirmed on or before September 1, 2025. Details about setup and breakdown will be sent to you closer to the event date.
